Matthew Shepard

Executive Chef

Matthew was born and raised in North Carolina. He has fond memories of helping his
mother and grandmother in the kitchen when he was five years old. That’s when he knew
he wanted to be a chef.
He moved to Charlotte to attend Johnson and Wales University where he graduated in
2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. His
kitchen experience has extended into private country clubs, hotels, catering, private
chef and now he has taken the position of Executive Chef.
