A network of dedicated local farmers, artisans, and purveyors provides the palette of the freshest ingredients to create our flavorful masterpieces.
Our menus feature grass-fed free-range meat and wild game, line-caught day boat seafood and organic produce, with every element of each dish selected by our Chefs for a specific purpose. Georgia quail, petite greens from South Carolina, heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs from our garden, all are sought for their unique qualities and prepared in a distinctive “New American” style, combining indigenous Southern ingredients with classic European technique.
Wine is a real part of our experience, each night our flight of wine pairings is coordinated by Wine Steward Anthony Wesley with our Chefs to accomplish the vision of each course. Our wine list is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence and Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s Award of Distinction.

Guests will encounter a variety of flavors and sensations, and enjoy the finest in ingredients, technique, and service.
Our Chef will assist in detailing the evolution of the recipes and courses. Wine pairings are coordinated to showcase our Chef’s unique vision for each course. The original kitchen still is just steps away in what served as a family dining room, and the chef’s table is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling cabinets filled with the house collection of china and crystal.
